Timor-Leste to open consular agency in the UK

This is interesting. From Timor-Leste government stats: There are around three thousand East-Timorese with Portuguese nationality living in United Kingdom, mainly in Northern Ireland, Manchester and Oxford. I knew there were a lot, but didn't realise quite how many. It certainly makes sense for there to be some sort of consular agency there.

People-watching

I think Kuta has become my new favourite place for people-watching. There are so many drunk Aussies roaming around that it never fails to be amusing.
