Q. Is the list limited to 100 blogs?
A. No. Although this is a “top 100” list, the list can accommodate any number of blogs.
Q. How is the top 100 determined?
A. A combination of Technorati rank, Page rank and user voting determines how the list is ordered. In the future, Alexa rank will be incorporated into this metric. To see your blog’s position improve, vote for it and get other people to vote for it.
Q. What’s the point in all of this?
A. I want this list to be the definitive list of active Thailand blogs, where users to find new blogs to read, link to and share. Also, it’s a way of finding other people in the blogosphere. You can help the process by linking to the top 100 and blogging about it. The more traffic the list has, the more traffic you will receive. Spread the word and help it grow.
Q. Why isn’t my blog in the list?
A. I looked through more than 300 blogs to come up with the initial 100 blogs for the list. I wasn’t able to find every single Thailand blog out there. If your blog isn’t listed, just go to add a url.
Q. Are all blogs accepted?
A. Blogs should have content that is focused on Thailand. Adult blogs will most likely not be accepted, but this is up to my discretion. Thai-language blogs will not be accepted. As a general rule, accepted blogs will be English language, although, again, this is up to my discretion. At the moment, there are two French blogs in the list. Also, blogs must be active. If a blog dies and stops posting, it will be removed from the list.
Go to the list, read the about page or add a url.

My name is Matt and I’m the author of this blog. I first traveled to Thailand in 2005 and started working in Bangkok. My time in Thailand has been spent mostly working, often writing and occasionally traveling around Thailand's islands or other points of interest. I now live in Phuket, Southern Thailand. I plan to stay in Thailand for as long as the buzz is still there. I'm a writer and editor, working for a Phuket newspaper and freelancing for various publications. Thailand is my home, for now, and no, I'm not just another expat loser ...
