A great day for people who hate Paris Hilton
You should never wish ill on another human being, but when that human being is Paris Hilton, I think there is some leniency allowed. The news of Paris Hilton going to jail sickened me because it all seemed like some sort of publicity stunt and Paris was rumoured to have already planned to write a book about her “ordeal” (which was looking more like being an extended holiday with every news report). I couldn’t bear the thought that the crooked-nosed witch would actually benefit from getting sent to jail. That was until I read the news on Yahoo this morning. So, people who hate Paris Hilton, today we unite! Let’s take a few minutes to laugh at Paris Hilton’s comeuppance.
Here is Paris Hilton crying (thanks to the Associated Press for this one). She was dragged kicking and screaming back to prison yesterday after a judge ruled that she must see out the rest of her sentence in jail, rather than at home (go figure), which was what she had planned to do.
"It's not right!" shouted Hilton, who violated her probation in a reckless driving case. "Mom!" she cried out to her mother. (AP)
She cried out for her mother to help her! I can’t help but find this hilarious. Is that so wrong? I loathe Paris Hilton and I think she is the worst possible role model for the millions of people out there who lay claim to being her fans, like this silly woman here.
Paris Hilton doesn’t need praying for. It’s not as if her jail time is going to be particularly difficult. She was initially released three days into her sentence due to some sort of medical “condition”, but now she has to face the music (let’s hope it’s not one of her dreadful albums) and do her time.
Back before Sauer [in court] on Friday, Hilton's entire body trembled as the final pitch was made for her further incarceration. She clutched a ball of tissue and tears ran down her face.
Seconds later, the judge announced his decision: "The defendant is remanded to county jail to serve the remainder of her 45-day sentence. This order is forthwith."

I think we have a contender here for the greatest paragraph ever written by a human being.
We've been discussing this at my site for a few days, too. Overall, I definitely believe she needs to do her time in jail but the schadenfreude is getting a bit weary.
