I'm going to Samui tonight and will be back on Monday. What's Samui like? I suspect it will be full of drunk English people shouting and fighting with the local boys. I've heard there are lots of ladyboys too. Enjoy getting wet, as I'm sure I will (in the pouring rain). Happy holidays.

read a couple more of your posts and you sound like a cool guy to hang out with. would be interesting to get your perspective on thai marketing and consumer behavior as i'll soon be taking up regional brand management for a certain transnational fmcg. i'm going to be in thailand from the 23-30th with my family but my parents are going to changmai for the first half of the week and im staying alone in bangkok till my sister catches up on the 25th. after shopping for work clothes (gag), i'll probably be checking out the indie productions over there. if you're not creeped out at this point yet, think maybe i could hang out with you and your friends? your crew sounds like you'd be willing to show a filipino fresh grad a good romp around the 'kok :)
