Matt Crook clips

I am a freelance journalist in Timor-Leste. I write about current affairs, as well as development and humanitarian issues. My reporting has taken me all over Timor-Leste, covering stories about everything from human trafficking to youth unemployment. My stories have played all over the world and feature regularly in publication's around the region. Before coming to Timor-Leste I lived and worked in Thailand, writing news and features.

I've filed for IPS, AFP, IRIN, Guardian Weekly, Reader's Digest, The Observer and Radio Australia, among others. Clips are links as noted [link] or else they are in .PDF format.
