I've been busy these past few days. First up, I've been out scoring goals in crushing ice hockey matches, reports RBLandmark. Go me.

The Fenwick hockey team outscored two opponents 12-1. Fenwick blanked Notre Dame 6-0 and crushed Marist 6-1.

Dan Dory, Aidan Verbeke, Matt Crook, John Bassi, Mike Fischer and Kale Johnstone all scored in the win over Notre Dame. Nick Chiappetta earned the shutout by stopping 16 shots in goal.

I've also been playing football for Chadlington Res, scoring my team's only goal in a 2-1 defeat to the mighty Slade Farm Res, reports the Oxford Mail.

Kevin Peake netted a late winner in Division 3 leaders' Slade Farm Reses 2-1 victory at Chadlington Res.

Matt Crook had cancelled out Paul Sweeney's opener for Slade.

Not content with that, I went back to ice hockey and scored yet another goal for Fenwick, says Pioneer Local.

The Trevians scored three first-period goals in a 7-2 win over the Friars in the semifinal round of the Loyola Tournament.

The first goal for the Trevians came when they were down a player on the ice.

"That's something we never recovered from," Rutili said. "New Trier is an explosive team. They were more aggressive. We went into a little bit of a shell after they scored that goal. You can't make a mistake like that against New Trier."

Aidan Verbeke and Matt Crook each scored a goal for Fenwick.

Did I mention I also have a promising basketball career ahead of me? At least so says the Jacksonville News.

The Thunder's varsity basketball team suffered heavy losses due to graduation losing Andrew Bollinger, Jeremy Satcher and Freddy Fears.

JCA will be very thin in numbers this year as the high school only has an enrollment of 48 students.

Coach Tommy Miller will dress out three junior high boys this year to help complete his squad.

Miller will rely heavily on senior Jacob Bollinger, a 6'6" post player who averaged 14 points per game last season, guard Caleb Prickett, junior Aaron McCormack and junior Matt Crook.

I may only be a junior, but coach is relying on me.

Ever wondered what I look like? I know I have. Do a Google search for my name and there I am. I promise you, at least one of these fellas is me.
