My (almost) date with Phuket's property sales girls
I was all psyched up and ready to face the music. After this week’s property-girl saga I decided that I ought to clear the air and apologise in person to all the girls I’d got rialed up with my comments. So the original plan was that I’d head down to BYD Lofts at 9 pm and catch them there. This plan got scratched because it was raining heavily. As with everything in Thailand when it rains, things got delayed.
I didn’t leave my friend’s place until gone 9 pm. The plan was simple: I was going to go on my own to wherever the sales girls were and offer my body and soul up to them as a sacrifice. If nothing else, I figured I’d get some great pictures and interesting stories out of the encounter. This would also be the first time that The Lost Boy had ever actively reconciled with an entire group of irate readers.
I’d heard that every Friday the girls begin their night at BYD and then head to Club Lime; so I got to Lime about 10 pm and my friends went to Soi Bangla. I was on my own in the club and so I waited… and waited.
My friends at Bangla started getting restless. One of them hated the place so much that she cried (no kidding), but I just carried on waiting. An hour went by and my friends got so bored that they came to Lime, even though nobody had arrived. There were a handful of well-dressed older dudes but no girls. I waited for another hour and it came to midnight and there wasn’t a single girl in the club (beside my friends).
By 11 pm last Friday, a handful of girls were already in the club dancing away. But this week, by midnight, there was nobody. Did I get stood up? In the end, with nobody in the club, we all got tired and decided to drive home.
Phuket’s property girls! Where were you? I was waiting.
That sounds like typical property girls. All talk and no action, unless they really want something from you.

Hahaha. I have no idea if it was a wind up or not. If it was then it was a pretty good one. I really went to that club last night. Well, I guess we can put this one down to experience.

True, the Phuket real estate ladies are always at BYD lofts without fail until about midnight – 01:00 and then repair to Club Lime or wherever its interesting….

Next time you issue a challenge "come to BYD Loft-Patong this Friday 9.00 PM sharp", try to follow through with it. You were called on your bluff.
And by the way, I dated a property girl for a few months and she was constantly late for any date we had and I had no right to complain. But if I showed up 5 minutes late, then I was in serious trouble.
I may be generalizing, but judging by your no-show, it seems not.

I don't want to argue in this silly topic anymore, the person that no show is Matty boy, not us…is that mean something huh? Probably you have bad experienced with the girls you have met, but you can't call for all. People are different father and mother also different behavior… anyway, i leave you all enjoy with all blogs in here, but try not to go over too much…have respect a little bit people!!! don't take your bad lesson in the past to start your new lesson….
