Poisoned in Phuket

This week I’ve had the pleasure of having to endure food poisoning. It’s not for the first time and probably won’t be the last. For this torturous period, I have a plate of beef spaghetti to thank. It’s funny how in Thailand, the only times when you end up with food poisoning are when you eat food that isn’t Thai. There’s definitely something going on there.

After throwing up continuously and generally feeling like I was dying, things seem to have returned to normal. Last night I slept for about 14 hours, which is some sort of record for my time in Phuket.

I am now totally behind on all my freelance endeavors and haven’t been able to update this blog much. You’ll have to bear with me. I haven’t eaten for two days and feel rather spaced out.

Take care! Eat spicy: it's better for your heath!

Hope you are feeling better now! Never fun – I seem to remember a Dubliner burger causing me the same problem in Bangkok – definitely better to stick with the Thai.

Whoops – sorry – Irish Xchange! Dubliner food rocks. Thought I'd better clear that up!
