Swaziland MP suggests HIV-positive people should be branded on their backsides
An outrageous comment a couple of weeks ago from Swaziland member of parliament Timothy Miyeni:
"All Swazis should be tested for HIV and their backsides marked if infected."
He later told reporters that he had not thought through his comment.
Swaziland has one of the highest rates of HIV infection in the world.
That is outrageous. Should atleast be on the forehead where people can see it
