It is understood that the accused was arrested at a bar in Pantai Kelapa, Dili.
Both the United Nations Police (UNPol) and the Policia Nacional de Timor-Leste (PNTL) are investigating the case.
According to Tempo Semanal sources the United Nations Integrated Mission in Timor-Leste (UNMIT) has blocked issuing a press release on the issue.
