Introducing: the Thai Spice Girls

This is Thailand’s answer to the Spice Girls. They’re called Venus Flytrap and they go by the names of Hot, Cool, Naughty, Sweet and Posh Venus. I’m not making this up. So what do you think? Pretty girls? Getting your pulse racing? Did I mention that they’re all ladyboys?
It’s true. They are Thailand’s first (and only the world’s second) all ladyboy pop band, and I’m going to interview them tomorrow. This will go some way to making up for the disappointment of my Miss International Queen 2006 charade.

Ok… as a natural born girl… I must say that it’s the first time I feel intimidated by ladyboys. They’re really pretty. Gosh! They’re prettier than me!!! T_T Anyway… would be good eye candies for u. :)

Thai ladyboys are numero uno! :) They’re so pretty I wish I was born a dude too!
My supervisor just left Pattaya. She still can’t believe all the “girls” at Tiffany are boys. Hahaha!

These gals rank among the most lovely ladyboys I’ve ever seen. I wonder if they sing well, too? They might actually have a shot at becoming a pop phenom.
Erm…sorry to digress for a moment, but what’s up with Guru? I saw the promo in today’s Post and your column’s not listed on the cover. In fact, the cover looked positively…bland.

I must say I much prefer Girly Berry.
I must say I find ladyboys slightly unnerving, it makes me think that every tall Thai girl well might be a guy who has the chop. Sometimes, you just never know. One too many beers and your mind can start playing tricks on you.

Gaaaaa! Yes, I realised that after opening the thing today. And an excellent story it was, too. You are always brave enough to point out and investigate what most people are too afraid even to mention. The white/fame story is a perfect example of your no-holds-barred approach to journalism. I think I had some valid points but after reading the feature again I think it was bloody awful. I struggle to structure my writing. Hence the desire for further study. But still, you live and learn.

you can tell when you look at their faces that they have manly features and you can kind of see the man in them…hehe. But their bodies are totally woman like. WIERD
